We provide loans to support and enable you to have your own house while enabling you to comfortably repay your loan over a long period of time.  We are prepared to help you own your own house in every housing project, both for brand-new and pre-owned houses.
 
  • Long-term loan with predetermined repayment periods.

 
  • To buy single detached house, semi-detached house,
         town-house and commercial building;
  • To buy a condominium unit;
  • To buy vacant land plots in a land development project;
  • To construct  building or structures on your own land;
  • To refinance the outstanding housing loan from other
         financial institutions.
 
  • 1st Year HLR - 2.50% per annum;
  • 2nd Year HLR - 1.50% per annum;
  • From 3rd Year onwards, HLR – 0.50% per annum;

Effective interest rate throughout the loan period = 7.0 % per annum
Remark:  The effective rate is based on Baht 1 million loan, repayable in 15 years and the HLR being at = 8.0% per annum, as an illustration only.

  • Land with or without structures thereon / condominium unit title deeds.
 
  • At least 20 years old.
  • Having secure occupation and regular income  or self-employed and having secure financial status.
 
  • A maximum of 30-years repayment period provided that the total repayment period when combined with the borrower’s age at
         the time of submitting the loan application form shall not exceed 70 years.
 
  • A maximum of 90% of the appraised value of the house  having a selling price of less than Baht 10 million;
  • A maximum of 80% of the appraised value of the house  having a selling price of Baht 10 million or more;
  • A maximum of 90% of the construction value assessed to build your own house.
 
Documents of the natural person applicant
  • Loan Application Form;
  • Know your customer (KYC)-Natural person;
  • Personal identification card;
  • House registration;
  • Marriage or divorce certificate;
  • Certificate of name / surname change (if any).
 
Financial documents 

For salary-based natural person applicant
  • Salary verification document and  salary pay-in slips.
  • Statements from financial institutions (for the past 6 months). 
     
For self-employed natural person applicant
  • Official Company Affidavit;
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association;
  • Shareholders’  List;
  • Certificate of Business Registration;
  • Company’s and natural person’s evidence of deposits and statements from financial institutions  (for the past 6 months).
Collateral documents
  • Land title deeds, condominium unit  title deeds or equivalent.
  • Sale and Purchase Agreement /receipts of down payments.
  • Receipts of payments from existing financial institution (in case of refinancing).
  • Details of construction plan/ building permit (in case of building house on your own land).
  • Other relevant documents.
