Having secure occupation and regular income or self-employed and having secure financial status.

A maximum of 30-years repayment period provided that the total repayment period when combined with the borrower’s age at
the time of submitting the loan application form shall not exceed 70 years.

A maximum of 90% of the appraised value of the house having a selling price of less than Baht 10 million;

A maximum of 80% of the appraised value of the house having a selling price of Baht 10 million or more;

A maximum of 90% of the construction value assessed to build your own house.
